This place is super luxurious, especially the spacious room that had heated floors and a huge soaking tub. We loved the Molton Brown toiletries and how comfy the bed was. Plus, the location is so central that we walked to all the attractions. We even got complimentary room upgrades, which was a sweet surprise!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always
ready to assist with any needs. The luxurious amenities were a real treat, especially the toiletries and ample coffee supply. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, which was slightly frustrating.

missingWrote a review on Aug 08lack of attentionlack of room amenities
I was disappointed with the lack of attention from the staff during my stay. Even though I dropped off my luggage early, I felt neglected when I had to retrieve it myself later. Additionally, the amenities in the room were lacking. there was only one bathrobe provided for two guests, and I was left with no information about the hotel's offerings.

Super comfy stay!
We were blown away by how spacious our room was. Those heated bathroom floors were a game changer! The convenience of controlling everything from bed was surprisingly nice. Also, their location was fab, with plenty of good places to eat close by. Just wish the pool area was a tad bigger.

The location made it super easy to visit the CN Tower and check out some great spots in Chinatown. The pool was awesome, and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Just a heads up, breakfast isn’t included, but there are good options nearby.
The only downside was that Chromecast wasn’t working during our stay, so we couldn’t stream anything on the TV, which was a bit disappointing but manageable.
